Inside Very Simple: Kitchen’s ever-growing and international community of creatives, Stamuli AB stands out as one of the most inspiring, yet professional and meticulous connection in the design field.
Specializing in interior design for the fashion and retail sector and private housing, Stamuli AB is a collective of creatives, architects and technical experts who share a rationalistic approach to design, combined with a passion for detail and sustainability. A Stockholm-based studio that strives to incorporate sustainable, and forward-thin-thinking materials in their designs, combining conceptualism with a passion for color, textures and geometries.
Since their first encounter, the studio’s approach has immediately found perfect match with Very Simple: Kitchen contemporary products. This lead to a spontaneous collaboration, that eventually resulted in a special and unique selection of materials able to put a spin on the iconic modular kitchens.
The outcome is a striking combination of textures and colors, which juxtaposes stainless steel, displayed in its raw form gently brushed to bring out its innate glow and reduce future wear and tear from daily use, with a pink recycled-plastic countertop provided by Italian start-up Plastiz.
The project was first shown in Edit Napoli 2023, the Italian design fair created to support, promote and celebrate a new generation of designers. The Stockholm-based studio designed and produced the fair’s interiors project, including an outdoor area where the collaboration was shown thanks to an extended linear configuration of kitchen’s modules. The installation, besides showing the product, hosted the Very Simple: Bar curated by Fuego y Matambre for the entire duration of the event.
The iconic Very Simple: Bar has then become the protagonist of the Greenhouse Area curated by Stamuli AB at Stockholm Furniture Fair 2024, which welcomed a unique meeting point for creatives and professionals furnished with both Very Simple: Kitchen and Stamuli AB products. In front of the stainless steel kitchen set-up, serving as the bar service area, took place a convivial space outlined by a vibrant red linoleum flooring. On top of it showed up a layout of benches and tables equipped with raw aluminium Very Simple: Times Lamps.
